Agentic Engineering & Forward Deployed Engineering

Mustapha Boubakri, known as Mst, designs Magentique’s AI agent systems and prepares their implementation with you, starting with your business: understanding your workflows, defining one useful task, preparing integrations and agreeing on validation criteria together.

Who is Magentique’s founder?

Mustapha Boubakri is a self-taught entrepreneur combining automation, software development and art direction. He has worked with n8n, WhatsApp Business interfaces and AI vision use cases since 2025. This approach led him to build Magentique: an AI agent environment designed for a business’s everyday work.

His starting point is practical: a business leader should be able to use AI without becoming a model integrator, infrastructure administrator and tool assembler. Magentique aims to bring these elements into one offer, with one person responsible for their setup and ongoing support.

One product, from hardware to cockpit.

The offer combines a Mac Studio, an AI agent system, installation and ongoing guidance. The management cockpit is designed as a shared space for conversations, files, agent requests and approvals.

The three tiers — Essential, Pro and Enterprise — share the same foundation. An Artist option extends the offer to creative work with Blender and DaVinci Resolve. The product presentation specifies included features, extensions and their activation conditions.

Two disciplines, one responsibility.

Agentic Engineering

Designing AI agent systems: organising the steps of a task, connecting tools, limiting permissions and building in human approvals. Mustapha also works on tests and failure cases: an agent must be able to report a limitation or stop when a required condition is missing.

Forward Deployed Engineering

Building with a business, close to its everyday work: understanding how your team operates, adapting the system to its tools and evaluating the workflow together. Mustapha leads this integration and support approach. On-site or remote delivery arrangements are defined for each project.

The first discipline builds the agent system; the second adapts it to a specific working situation. Magentique is production-ready. The internal workflow below documents part of this approach; it is not a customer testimonial.

With Mustapha, from your work to testing.

  1. Understand your workflows. Mustapha reviews the steps, tools, people involved and difficulties of a specific situation with you.
  2. Define one useful task. Together, you set the expected result, boundaries and actions that require your approval.
  3. Prepare integrations and permissions. Mustapha specifies the connections to build or configure, required access, relevant data and external costs. Local processing is preferred; cloud connections are scoped before activation.
  4. Evaluate against agreed criteria. The proposed workflow includes tests of useful cases, denied access and possible failures. Together, you agree on what allows implementation to be approved, corrected or deferred. An internal test is insufficient to qualify a customer installation.
  5. Arrange ongoing support. The proposal sets out assistance, updates and improvements based on usage feedback with Mustapha.

An internally tested workflow: the daily brief.

Synthetic test bench, verification documented on 6 October 2026. A workflow gathers internal facts for the day and prepares them as a draft in the editorial calendar. It connects information retrieval to the existing correction, approval and history workflow. This component runs without calling an AI model and without sending or publishing anything externally.

  • A person stays in control. The person in charge can review, correct and approve the draft; an unauthorised account is refused.
  • Repeated requests are handled. With identical facts on the same day, the workflow retrieves the existing draft and preserves corrections. Two simultaneous calls are handled without creating a duplicate.
  • Limitations remain visible. A text that is too long is shortened with a truncation notice; a fact flagged as containing a secret is removed and its omission reported. Secret detection remains incomplete and cannot protect all data on its own.

The report for this work records 17 tests passed out of 17, covering permissions, repeated requests and preservation of corrections. This result applies to that workflow and test bench on that date. It demonstrates part of the system’s construction, without measuring a customer benefit or qualifying an autonomous agent or Mac Studio installation.

Feature scope and limitations

Magentique today.

Magentique is production-ready, in the Cloud or on Mac Studio. Mustapha supports scoping, integration and ongoing operation. Included features and connections to activate are defined with each business, then checked against agreed criteria.

In September 2026, the Magentique team was accepted into the Fall 2026 cohort of UM6P Explorer, an entrepreneurship programme developed in collaboration with the MIT Sandbox Innovation Fund Program. This admission is a milestone in the entrepreneurial journey.
